The Faculty Development Department conducted a workshop on “Role of a Teacher as a Facilitator & influencer, Teaching & Learning, and Classroom Management”.  in the Roshni Homes on March 14, 2022.

The training was conducted by Ms. Naila Butt(Educator, curriculum developer, influencer & facilitator), Deputy Head Teacher (current) at Aga Khan Academy, Nairobi Junior School.

This workshop gave faculty the tools they needed to become effective facilitators, influencers, and mentors, thus fostering enriched learning environments. The trainer also improved classroom management techniques for faculty to produce a more engaging and conducive learning environment for students.
