The Faculty Development Department conducted a Colloquium on “Post Doc. Research” & “A Talk on Monologue vs. Dialogue” in the February 12, 2022 Seminar Hall.

Speakers were Dr. Ume Laila (Associate Professor and Head of the Humanities and Social Sciences Department at GIFT University) and Mr. Tahir J. Malik (Political analyst/writer, Director of the Mass Communication Department at GIFT University).

The speaker outlined strategies for enhancing postdoctoral research, fostering innovation, and advancing academic careers. In “A Talk on Monologue vs Dialogue,” faculty refined their communication skills, facilitating engaging, collaborative discussions that enrich teaching and research endeavors.
