The Faculty Development Department of GIFT University conducted a Workshop-4 COMPASSION, “Passion to Succeed,” on February 18, 2023, in Girls Block Library.
The resource person was Mr. Omayer Arshad(Co-founder of MILLS Skills).
During the workshop, faculty members gained compassion, which enabled them to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. Through a commitment to student development, the workshop inspired a passion for teaching and empowered them to succeed.
