The Faculty Development Department of GIFT University conducted a Workshop-3 CONNECTION “Effective Teamwork” on March 4, 2023, in Girls Block Library.
The resource person was Mr. Omayer Arshad(Co-founder of MILLS Skills).
Faculty members learned to synergize their strengths, which enhanced student learning and faculty productivity by creating a harmonious environment. Faculty must learn effective communication strategies to develop stronger connections, leading to a more motivated and united team.
