The Faculty Development Department conducted a Colloquium on ” Western Scholarship on ‘Origins’ of Islamic Law ” in F-10 GIFT University on March 31, 2022.

The session was conducted by Prof. Dr. Aayesha Rafique (Consultant  Director of the Faculty Development Department at GIFT University).

This session provided faculty members with insight into various Western perspectives on the historical origins of Islamic law, which enhanced their teaching and research activities. Faculty participation in interdisciplinary exchanges fostered a broader appreciation of Islamic jurisprudence within the global academic community.
