The Faculty Development Department of GIFT University conducted a workshop on “Self-Assessment Report” December 24, 2022, in the seminar hall.
The resource person was Ms. Fareena Mahmood, Director QEC, PIDE Islamabad.
It gave faculty members valuable insights into their professional development and well-being, enabling them to grow academically and personally. By identifying areas for improvement, the workshop facilitated early intervention and encouraged faculty to follow nature’s path toward prevention and holistic well-being.
