The Faculty Development Department organized a Seminar On “Flipped Classroom” for GIFT faculty on July 8, 2023, in Girls Block Library.

Guest speakers at GIFT University included Dr. Taimur Kayani (Dean- Directorate Flipped Classroom and ODL) & Prof. Dr. Aayesha Rafique (Consultant Director FDD).

Following participating in this session, faculty members developed interactive and captivating learning opportunities that motivated students to assume responsibility for their education. By utilizing inventive approaches, they increased their chances of success. Incorporating flipped classroom methods is a highly effective means for instructors to enhance student achievements, foster a more profound comprehension, and effectively involve students in the learning environment.
